Gain a Closer Spiritual Connection

  • How do I gain a closer spiritual connection?
  • How do I tap into my guides to develop my intuition?

These are the biggest questions we ask when we start to become interested in spiritual development.

In fact, I even asked these questions myself when I first started out on my spiritual journey 14 years ago. I wanted to learn it all in 5 mins and master it all really quickly too. I was thirsty for information but overwhelmed with all the information out there. It was mind boggling.


So, What’s the Answer?

  • You need to take it step by step.
  • Make sure that you learn all the fundamental basics such as grounding and protection to protect your energy. Any kind of energy work, including doing readings can drain your energy really quickly and it’s important to learn to do these before you start.
  • Then you can learn lots of spiritual development topics one at a time, in bite size chunks.


Tips to Develop Your Intuition

  • My biggest tip is to utilise the amazing power of Reiki. Reiki taps into the universal life force energy of love and light. It taps into the highest vibration there is so by receiving Reiki you are gaining the closest spiritual connection that you can.


  • Next, I would suggest meditating every single day. It might seem like a bit of a chore and, if you’re anything like me, you’ll say “I can’t meditate as I can’t relax enough”, or “I don’t have the time”. I know because I used to say those things myself for years but meditating 10 minutes a day makes such a difference. You not only gain a closer spiritual connection with meditation, it also massively improves your wellbeing and state of mind.   • The third tip is to practice, practice, practice. The more you practice, the more readings you do, the more pendulum dowsing you do, the stronger and stronger your connection becomes.

The Art of Allowing the Law of Attraction to work for YOU

The law of attraction is there whether you understand it or not. It always responds and gives accurate results to match what you predominantly think about.

The Art of Allowing requires that you are consciously aware of the way you feel so that you choose the direction of your thoughts.

This determines whether you create intentionally or by default. If you go about your day always thinking the same negative thoughts you have always thought and not paying attention to how they are making you feel, you will always attract by default. When you start to take notice of your feelings and direct your thoughts in a different direction, you are deliberately creating.

Emotional Guidance System

It’s about using your emotional guidance system to determine the direction of your thoughts.

You are the inviter, the creator and the attractor of all things that come to you. Once you learn to understand this and learn to control your thoughts, you will have deliberate control of your own life experience.

When you get up and something goes wrong you perceive it as a bad day and then it seems as if everything goes wrong. But when you wake up in the morning feeling good, you have a happier day.

When you think of something that displeases you, it attracts more thoughts of things that displease you. When you think of something that pleases you, it attracts more thoughts of things that please you.

Thoughts Gain Power

The more thoughts you have, negative or positive, the more they gain power.

  • Those who speak more of having money, have it.
  • Those who speak more of being in debt are always in debt.

Same goes for illness. Have you noticed that people who always speak of being ill are always attracting more illness? Whatever you think about you attract and the more you think about it, the more you attract it.

If you see yourself as a magnet, whatever you speak about is drawn to you and the more this gains power, the bigger the feeling.

  • If you feel lonely, you will attract more loneliness.
  • If you feel poor, you will attract more feeling poor.

Monitoring Thoughts is Not Easy

However, monitoring your thoughts is not easy. As well as being a physical being, there is a part of you, your inner being that is wiser and communicates with you. This can be called your intuition and can often be a clear vivid thought, a gut feeling.

Not everyone hears that inner being though so it is best to communicate through our feelings.

Now you either feel good or you feel bad.

  • If you feel bad it means that you are speaking or thinking something that is not in alignment/in harmony with your inner being, your core self, your higher self, your soul, whatever you want to call it.
  • When you are feeling good, it indicates that you are speaking or saying something that is in harmony with your inner being.

Focus on Your Feelings

So it is much easier to focus on your feelings than to try and monitor all your thoughts. If you are feeling bad, simply trying thinking of something that makes you feel good.

The art of allowing also means the you are what you are and that you allow all others to be what they are.

This leads you to total freedom – freedom from any experience that you do not want and freedom from any negative response to any experience that you do not approve of.

One saying which I have always held dear is

“I can’t change them but I can change me”.

In other words you cannot change other people’s behaviour towards you, you can only change the way you respond to it.

Feeling your own inner peace and being able to walk away and not respond means that you are totally free from anyone else’s life experience affecting yours and once you master this you will feel that total freedom.

Another way thinking of it is the age old saying “Live and let live” or one of my favourites “Each to their own”. Recognise that they are living their life experience and you are living yours and you and only you can change how things affect you.

This does not mean that you tolerate them for tolerating is a negative emotion. Rather you just acknowledge they are creating whatever they create in their world from their negative words or actions and you, by simply walking away and focussing on creating a better life experience for yourself is exercising the art of allowing.

Another saying I also hold dear is

“Whatever anyone thinks of me if none of my business”.

It really isn’t if you just focus on what you create for yourself with your words and thoughts. No one else can change your thinking or emotions unless you let them. Think of it as putting yourself in a huge bubble of protection. Anything negative bounces back off the bubble and we all know where things go that bounce back.

Also, think about how you speak to people who are feeling low or ill. If you see someone in poverty or illness with pity and sympathy, you are speaking about what they don’t want and you will feel the negative emotion of it.

If you see friends who are in debt try to see them as really wealthy and if they are ill see them as well and healthy. When you focus on their illness, you feel bad, when you focus on their recovery you feel good and it helps them by sending them positive thoughts as well.

By focussing on their wellbeing, you allow your connection to your inner being. You uplift others by recognising that what they have is not what they want. You uplift them through your own personal example. As you are healthy, you may stimulate their desire for health. If you are prosperous, you stimulate their desire for prosperity. Let what is in your heart uplift them.

Allowing Joy

When you can look into the world and allow joy all the time, you are an allower. When you know which experiences contain joy and which do not and you have the discipline to participate only where there is joy, you will have achieved allowing.

If you watch the news you will be bombarded with things that go on in the world that you do not want. You did not choose to think about them. It was not deliberate but it gives you negative feelings which attract more negative thoughts and creates more things for you to feel negative about.

That is what creating by default is – giving thought to something without being deliberate about it.

This doesn’t mean you don’t care when bad things happen to people. Yes feel loved and compassion and maybe sadness for a short while and then send them lots of love and blessings and move on. You do more good for the world by spreading love and light than focussing on sadness and fear. As I have said before, this is why I don’t watch the news but I do take part in sending love and light to the planet with fellow Reiki practitioners.

The Difference Between Wanting & Needing

When you are focussing on something you want, your inner being gives you a positive emotion. When you are focusing on something you need, your inner being gives you a negative emotion. You are then focussed on the lack of not having what you want.

Focussing on a problem gives you a negative emotion, focussing on a solution gives you a positive one.

Contentment comes from wanting, then allowing and then receiving.

As you go through life and focus on what you do want, the law of attraction brings more and more of that to you each and every day, with events, circumstances and other beings that are compatible to your life experiences and your life spirals upwards to joy and freedom.

Allowing means that rather than trying to get the world to do the things that you like, it is much better to put yourself into the position of accepting that everyone has the right to be, do or have whatever they want and that you, through the power of your thoughts, will attract only unto you that which is in harmony with you.

If you see someone doing something that you do not like you must think “They are what they are. They are the creators of their own life experience attracting unto themselves. I am the creator of my own life experience attracting unto me.

State that to yourself again and again and you will soon realise that they are not messing up your world. they are creating their own world and to them that might not seem messed up.

That which you give your attention to, particularly your emotional attention is that which you draw into your own experience.

Likewise, if others see something in you that they disapprove of, it is not your lack it is theirs. It is their inability to be an allower.

Expecting vs Not Expecting

As you give emotion to your thoughts you launch your creation. If you then expect it, it manifests into your experience.

If you give something you want emotional thought but then you DON’T expect it, it won’t happen.

For example, if you saw a scary movie, you might be really emotional whilst you are watching it but then you think, “It’s only a movie, that won’t happen to me” so you stop it’s creation into your experience.

When you ask for what you want and put emotional feeling behind it, make sure that you expect it to arrive. If you start to worry or wonder why it hasn’t shown up yet, turn your focus to something else that makes you happy and raises your vibration. Often, it is when you forget about something that you show that you trust it will show up and it materialises. Use your feelings as your inner compass to guide you to the life of your dreams and you will not go wrong.

There are no set rules or regulations about which crystals you should choose for yourself but the best selection process is INTUITION.

There is always a good reason why one crystal stands out from the rest …

when you are selecting them for personal use – your initial reaction to a crystal will usually provide a good clue as to how its energy reacts with the current state of energy and balance within your body at the time.

Also pay particular attention to the stones that you instinctively dislike – this is an indication that the qualities of the energy present in the stone is not suitable for you at this moment in time.

Methods of Selection

  • Sight
  • Scanning
  • Vibration
  • Pendulum

A stone will only stay with you for as long as its energy is needed …

after which time it will remove itself. Many people report how they mysteriously lose a crystal, gemstone or a piece of jewellery when they most wanted to wear or use it, only to find that some days, weeks or months later it reappears – this is because you are now in tune with its energy and are receptive to its healing power.

Sensations from Crystals

  • Energetic charge
  • Breeze or cool sensation across the skin
  • Flow of energy from the crystal
  • Coldness or heat
  • Pulsing/vibration
  • Flush or wave of heat through the body
  • Feelings of being enclosed in an energy field

The easiest and most effective way to choose the crystal that you need at the moment is to use or buy the one that catches your eye. One method is to close your eyes and then go for the one your eyes are led to first of all when you open your eyes. If you choose a crystal using this method and look it up in the Crystal Bible by Judy Hall, you will be surprised that it resonates with what you need at the moment. A good tip when reading up on a particular crystal is to scan the pages and read out the sections that stand out to you as not all the crystal’s properties will resonate with you.

By using a pendulum, you can ask if you should wear a certain crystal necklace or crystal bracelet on a particular day.

You cannot overdose on a crystal …

so do not worry about wearing it for too long; your body will absorb exactly what you need at the time. However, you may need to wear the same crystal for a period of time to get the benefit needed. Be sure to clear your crystals regularly to ensure they are clear of anyone else’s energy before you wear them.

Think you ain’t got time to meditate? You’re Wrong



Why Meditate?

  • How many times have you done something on autopilot?
  • Drove to work and not remembered all of the journey?
  • Eaten a meal and not really savoured the flavour?
  • Gone for a walk and not taken in your surroundings?
  • Just noticed something on your journey that you never noticed before?

Mindfulness can also be about living in the moment; savouring it and focussing entirely on what you are doing. Meditation or mindfulness as it is often called has a powerful influence on your health, your wellbeing and your happiness and can also be a tremendous way of developing your intuition. It can offer an opportunity to get in touch with your mind on an intricate spiritual level and it is a state of thoughtful awareness. It can help with stress anxiety and depression, improve your memory and can help you enjoy better and more fulfilling relationships. It can also be effective in reducing the impact of serious conditions such as chronic pain. It can also bolster the immune system.

Different Methods

There are many different methods of meditation. Here are a few of the main ones:

  • Guided meditation – whereby someone talks you through a scenario and creates a visual scene for you to follow or gives you some form of healing by using affirmations which can be set to relaxing music.
  • Breathing and focussing meditation. There is an exercise below that you can do to begin with to practise this form of meditation.
  • Intuitive Guidance Meditation whereby you can ask for intuitive guidance. This could be for a specific situation or you could just ask your guides to give you what you need to know today.

Breathing & Focus Exercise

  1. Sit erect in a straight back chair and close your eyes
  2. Focus your attention on your breath as it flows in and out of your body
  3. After a while, your mind may wander. When you notice this, gently bring your attention back to your breath. The act of realising that your mind has wandered and bringing yourself back without criticising yourself is central to the practice of mindful meditation.
  4. Your mind may eventually become calm or it may not. You may get a sense of absolute stillness. It may only be fleeting but that does not matter. Whatever happens just allow it.
  5. After a minute, let your eyes open and take in the room again.

This form of meditation allows you to observe your thoughts as they arise in your mind and little by little to let go of struggling with them.

You will realise that your thoughts come and go of their own accord and that all thoughts are transient; they come and go and you have a choice about whether you act on them or not.

You can think of negative thoughts as black clouds and watch them float away.

Doing this exercise can put you back in control of your thoughts.

How and When Should you Meditate?

  • Sit or lie down (however your feel most comfortable)
  • Don’t try too hard
  • Don’t expect too much at first
  • Main reason to meditate is to quieten your mind and relax
  • You don’t have to be in a yoga pose or sat upright
  • It can just be focussing on what you are doing and giving it your full attention
  • Play some nice music if it helps you to relax better
  • Light some incense
  • Light a candle
  • Meditating is best practised every day if you can
  • However, don’t worry if you don’t manage it every day
  • 2-3 minutes is all you need
  • Or, even if you only do a 10 minute meditation once a week it will make a difference


  • Meditation really does make a difference to your wellbeing
  • It helps you to quieten your mind
  • Switches you off from the everyday chaos
  • Brings you closer to source which, in turn, develops your intuition
  • Helps with anxiety and depression and other illnesses
  • There are lots of different methods
  • Experiment and find one or more method/s that suit you
  • Do it as often as you can; a few minutes a day is all you need
  • Don’t worry if your mind wanders, just bring it back and focus and don’t beat yourself up about it

Can you really afford not to find the time to meditate. Try it and you will realise all of the benefits.

Pendulum Dowsing in 3 Easy Steps

What is a Pendulum?

A pendulum is a balanced weight suspended by a chain or thread and is simply a means of visually checkingWha what the unconscious mind already knows. The pendulum is an extension of our inner senses and is communication with your higher self. Some people believe, as I do, that we can also invite our guides and Angels to help us with pendulum readings

Dowsing with a pendulum has been around for many years and is fixed in folklore as ‘an old wives tale’. Many women tied their wedding ring onto a piece of thread and held it over their palm to determine the sex of their unborn child. In many cases what the women were actually doing was using their sixth sense as a way of guiding their sub conscious mind.

  • Have you ever had a gut feeling that something was going to happen?
  • Have you ever known someone would be calling before the phone rang?
  • These are all things that we call gut feelings; little voices or intuition. In a proper state of mind we can access information that is not available to use through our conscious mind.

Pendulum dowsing allows us to access and develop our intuition. First you try to get to the state of relaxed concentration then, by asking a carefully worded question, you open a ‘channel’ of communication and receive the information that you seek. Your body amplifies that signal and displays it through dowsing tools and pendulums.

Anyone can learn to dowse but to become an expert in this field you must practice, practice, practice.

Once you learn the basics of pendulum dowsing, a whole new world opens up to you. You can dowse food for allergic reactions, use your pendulum as a healing tool, use it to clarify situations or to put your mind at ease.

Pendulums come in many shapes, sizes and materials. Once you find the special one for you do not let anyone else use it or you will not become fully attuned to it. Some people like to own several pendulums and use them for different purposes but this is not necessary; it is entirely personal preference.

Always make sure that your pendulum is cleansed before and after use

This can be done in a number of ways. I find sound is the quickest and most effective method and I use tingshas (Small symbols which clear the energy by sound vibrations).

How to Dowse

It is most important that you are grounded and protected before you start to dowse with a pendulum because the pendulum represents an extension or your sixth sense and, in order to develop this skill fully for yourself, you need to be able to detach yourself from the situation unlike when you are dowsing for another person where you have no emotional involvement. There are many methods of grounding such as walking outside, visualising roots growing out of your feet into the ground like a tree, eating and drinking etc. This is covered in my Grounding & Protection BLOG ..

A good way to make sure you are not influencing the pendulum in any way is to say out loud in your thoughts “Please give me an answer unbiased by my own conscious thoughts”

  1. Selection & Attunement
  • Choose the pendulum that you are most attracted to
  • Secure the chain around your finger
  • Hold the pendulum in your left hand and cup your fingers around it
  • Continue to hold the pendulum in your cupped palm for as long as you feel you need to
  • Once you have done this when you first get your pendulum, you do not need to do this every time you use it but do make sure you clear it of any residual energy when dowsing for someone else other than yourself (see above).

2.  Responses

  • If you would like to you can ask to connect to the Universal life force energy of love and light and then welcome your guides and Angels of 100% light only. I tend to do this at the start of the day and ask them to be with me all day whilst I am working as I do a lot of dowsing through the day.
  • Holding the pendulum steady, ask it to show you “YES”
  • Your pendulum will swing in a straight line or in a circular motion. Make a note of how it moves and if it swings side to side; forwards and backwards, or in a circular motion. If it makes a circular motion, note whether it is clockwise or anti-clockwise.
  • Ask your pendulum to show you “NO”
  • To test it ask a question that you know is definitely a right or wrong answer such as “Is my name Nellie (wrong name)?” as opposed to “Is my name Janet (your correct name)?”.

3.  Be Specific

  • Always be really specific with your questions and keep them as simple as possible
  • Always ensure they can be answered with a YES/NO answer. You can also ask for numbers as well, such as “How many questions am I allowed to ask?” Ask each number and then look to see what response you get.

Always remember that destiny can change and if it is an ongoing situation you are asking about, it may be best to check from time to time. The more you work with your pendulum, the more confident you will become so practice, practice, practice.

I felt like giving up …

What a harrowing time it was! What with my mom having hallucinations and collapsing in the bathroom and thinking someone was out to kill us all and with me totally struggling with money, I really felt like throwing in the towel and giving up on my business!

I found myself in awe of the cleaner …

The one who came in to clean my mom’s room in hospital every day. Oh to have a regular job and be earning some regular money. How could I think like this when my mom was ill in hospital? I had been working on money stuff with Reiki on myself, as well as having past life healing from my reiki teacher, and boy did it bring out some skeletons I thought I had gotten rid of.

Then there was the envy …

I envied my brother and my mom who always seem to have money even though my brother is partially sighted and does not work and my mom retired 25 years ago and only worked part time in a shop. How did they do it? What did I do wrong to deserve to always be struggling for money? Why did I always work so hard and have nothing to show for it? Why did I have a well paid job as a teacher and still end up in loads of debt and nearly bankrupt and then lose it anyway? Why, why, why am I such a failure?

All sorts of questions spinning round in my head …

and also, sometimes, feeling dead guilty for having those thoughts and feelings. My mom was scared to death, she thought someone was trying to kill her, to kill all her family. I should not be thinking all these thoughts. There are more important things to worry about. I spent every waking morning whilst my mom was in hospital crying in despair. For my mom, for my failing business, for feeling completely and utterly useless.

It really came to a head …

when I went to pick my brother up for our daily hospital visit with my daughter the one day. We stopped to get some fuel and I ran in to pay. Only, when I put my debit card in to pay, the cashier said “I’m sorry it’s not accepting your card”. Looking at her very puzzled, I said “But there’s some money in there. Never mind I’ll nip outside to the cashpoint” To my dismay, when I went to the cashpoint, an unexpected bill had gone out and I was overdrawn on my overdraft and there was NO money. I ran to the car and asked my daughter to pay. She ran in with me and paid for the fuel on her card. It was only 20 pounds but I felt so guilty and humiliated. Despite the fact that I had always helped my daughter out with money whenever she needed it, and she reminded me of that fact, I still felt such a let down and such a useless mother for having to borrow money off my daughter who was straight out of uni and really needed the money herself.

That night I cried and cried …

Partly due to desperation over my mom being ill and feeling drained giving her reiki for a few hours every day but mainly due to the fact that I couldn’t go on like this any longer. I couldn’t continue to work round the clock and worry about how I was going to pay my bills every single day. I had to get a job and get one fast. I saw an advert pop up online for an electronic notetaker in a university. My eyes lit up for a few seconds. I could do that! I clicked on the button and started to fill in an application online. I received an email almost straight away saying I needed to do an online typing speed test. Despite it being 11.00 pm in the evening and me not being able to see very well with tears in my eyes, not to mention feeling really, really tired. I immediately sat upright and started to do the typing test. I sent it off and received an email the next morning saying I had gotten through the test and she would like to do a Skype interview with me the following week. Fabulous! Or was it?

The next week was a bit of a haze

Everyone seemed really pleased for me that I was getting a job. “Oh it will do you so much good to get out the house and meet people” everyone seemed to say. “Yes” I said in reply, although every time I said it I had a real sinking feeling in my stomach. Then I thought of the regular money every month; being able to afford to get my hair done, being able to buy the toiletries I so desperately needed and buying the weekly groceries which would help my husband out immensely as he was struggling to pay the mortgage and the household bills. Maybe even being able to afford to save for a holiday and finally being able to spend some money on the girls (my two daughters). 9 years of being in debt after my previous marriage breakup would soon be history! No more sleepless nights! I just kept thinking of all those things to wipe out the sinking feeling.

As each day passed though, the interview was drawing closer and closer. I had had such bad experiences of interviews in my previous job at the college. Gruelling interview panel type interviews and micro teaches with all the biggest wigs in the senior management team looking daggers at me. Feeling as though I wanted the floor to open up and swallow me. Did I really want to go through yet another interview? Did I really want to get a job again? Would I get ill and lose it like I did the last one. I couldn’t go though a week long investigation with the Vice Principal like last time. Feeling humiliated after working damn hard for 14 years and giving the place blood, sweat and tears. I had to push those thoughts to the back of my mind and do the interview anyway. I did some intuitive guidance for myself and got that I should do the interview so I went ahead.

I had to do a spelling Test!

It was quite a pleasant interview despite the fact that I had never done one via Skype before, and the young girl was really nice. I got over my ego rearing its ugly head and thinking “She’s so much younger than me and SHE is interviewing ME” and decided to just be myself even though I probably sounded very much like a giggling school girl. To my dismay I had to do a spelling test and a grammar test and my heart was racing. I had always been really good at spelling and grammar but my mind was going blank at times. Still, she said I could write them down before I gave my answer if it helped and I called on my Angels to help me. I got through it and knew I had got some of them wrong but she seemed satisfied. She said she would let me know tomorrow if I had got through to the assessment. She did get in touch the next day and said I was through to the assessment at the university the very next week. I was quietly relieved but not overly ecstatic.

How would I cope?

The next few days were all a blur. I was constantly worrying about the assessment day and how I would cope working 9 to 5 part time for 3-4 days a week, looking after my mom when my brother needed to go out and running a very busy Facebook page, membership group and business. Something would have to give. I couldn’t manage them all. I would end up really stressed out like I did in my last job. I couldn’t go through all that again! I had just got straight after the last bout of stress and depression. My mind was in turmoil. I was losing sleep and constantly doing self reiki in order to get some sleep. I felt tired, run down and down right fed up. Why had it come to this? I was following my dream. I really had a genuine desire to help people. I had been intuitively guided to go down this path and lost my job in order to be able to pursue it so why, oh why was it all going t**s up!

Should I trust my own Intuitive Guidance?

I don’t know if was all the worry, all the angst or what it was but I suddenly started feeling really ill. I was constantly dizzy and almost felt like I had the flu but there was no cold, no cough, no runny nose. I had prayed so hard for a sign from them upstairs as to what to do but I was all over the place and did not trust my own intuitive guidance. Could this be a sign that I shouldn’t go any further. I really didn’t want this job and it was a shame to keep carrying on when someone else could have it who would really want it. Finally, I managed to balance myself and receive some calming, reiki energy from the Angels and it all became clear. It really was my choice! I had to make the decision. I had secretly given them upstairs an ultimatum but I didn’t have to go ahead if I didn’t want to. The Angels will have my back and will always support me in whatever I want to do. They always have and they always will. I felt a wave of calm and really felt their presence and began to trust. I sent an email back saying I wouldn’t be able to attend as I had vertigo and wasn’t feeling well. I immediately received a reply saying, “What a shame. I wish you well in the future”. I was a bit open mouthed but I knew that it was the right thing and I immediately felt relieved.

Intuitive Guidance Rocks

I can’t say the last few weeks following that decision were easy but things started to turn around. I still had wobbles every now and again but I convinced myself that I would rather do what I love and help lots of people and be broke for the rest of my life than being in a job again where I feel like a robot day in day out. Don’t get me wrong I have had some great jobs in my time and I was really lucky as, from the age of about 13 to 48, I was always in work. I have had jobs I have absolutely loved and every time I have worked I have always put my all into my work and done the best I could. I always remembered  my late granddad saying “If a job’s worth doing it’s worth doing well” and I had always tried my damned hardest to stick to it! Every job I have had has given me new skills, enabled me to meet many people, some of which I am still good friends with today and I am truly grateful for all of them; even the bad ones. Every experience shapes us into the people we are today, good or bad and it’s life changing when we realise that! I wondered if all my negative thoughts had held me back and, again, sought intuitive guidance for myself. It appears it was all deep healing to bring everything from my past to the surface to heal and, also, so I know how it feels to be rock bottom and still keep going on blind faith so I can better help other people in business who feel just like I did. How awesome is that?!

Never give up on your Dreams

So, here I am, two years later still pursuing my dream. My business has gone from strength to strength and I am now helping other ladies in business to keep their faith and boosting their businesses with REIKI once a week!

So good to TRUST in the Divine and move forwards with the help of my Angels. I woke up feeling excited every morning now as I am helping ladies, who like me in the past, have niggles and doubts and struggle to keep going at times. I am often  reminded of a sign that the late, great Dr. Wayne Dyer had above his bed “Good things are going to happen” and, as the song goes, it really does like my fire when I see my lovely business boosters growing and shining brighter than ever before!

So my message to you is live life in the moment, enjoy every day and if you’re not doing what you LOVE, do something about it, whatever it is. I’m not saying give up your job but, if you’re not happy and doing something that you love, look for something better. You can ask your Angels for help all you want and they will throw opportunities your way, but it is you and only you that has to take action and make it happen. Live, love, learn and be grateful, always!
